Once again, on the morning of Easter Sunday, the Early Birds of Greenock Westburn Church  met at 6.30am, at the Church prior to walking to the summit of the Lyle Hill for a short Act of Worship.

On a fresh morning,  about 30 people  gathered  in a very peaceful setting to take part in this simple act of worship led by the Rev Bill Armstrong.

At the end of the Service they returned to the Church Hall to be met by the Laura Armstrong and Patricia Robertson who had prepared a breakfast  of bacon rolls, hot cross buns, croissants, tea, coffee and orange juice. All agreed that the fellowship enjoyed was worth the early morning rise,

Who would believe that in over twenty years of having this Service - it has NEVER rained !!
